WindsorFest is a fun-filled festival bringing the community of Windsor together!

Hosted every two years on the grounds of Windsor State School, WindsorFest celebrates and showcases our local primary school, community and businesses through a fun-filled day and night-time carnival event featuring rides, market stalls, food and entertainment. All proceeds from the event will go towards our upcoming school playground renovations.

WindsorFest 2024 was held on Saturday 24th August 2024 from 10am to 8pm. Our 2026 WindsorFest event date is yet to be released.

What is WindsorFest all about?

Attracting upwards of 5,000 members of the local community and neighbouring suburbs, WindsorFest is a fun-filled family event. In 2024, we will again host both a daytime and evening event to cater to as many members of our community as possible.

Come along during the daytime event to shop at our boutique market stalls, enjoy the amusement rides with the kids, dine from a selection of food trucks or stop by some of the tried and tested favourite school fete stalls like our cake and sweet stall. Have a rest and refreshing drink at our undercover seating area and take in the delights of our local roving musical acts, school performances and local community group performances.

Stay on for the evening event where you can bring a blanket and settle in for musical entertainment from local musical act BenJam band, amongst our festive lighting, bar and food trucks. Kids can be entertained during the evening for a small price at our ticketed onsite childcare event.

A great community event

Hosted on the grounds of Windsor State School and arranged by the Windsor State School P&C Association, along with community groups and members, all funds raised from the WindsorFest event are invested back into the historical Windsor State School, a sought after primary school which has seen exponential growth in the past 7 years, and has plans to increase capacity by a further 50% within the next 5 year period.

WindsorFest is a chance for the whole community to get out, meet one another and feel good about the place where they live.

Sponsorship

The success of WindsorFest relies on all members of our community getting involved. Would you like to help bring this event to life? We are looking for sponsors, market stall holders, food truck vendors and all levels of donations of goods and services both for the event and for our associated event raffle.

If you'd like to give back to your community, or get involved in this major community event, please contact us at windsorfest@windsorsspandc.com.au
